What's the estimated delivery time?
We generally ship the items within 48 hours of order placement. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated Delivery time depends on the destination to which you want the order shipped. Usually it takes 5-7 business days.
Please note: Orders including Wall Art, Mobile Covers, and t-shirts which are customized products will be shipped out 1-2 days after the order is placed as these products are made-to- order.

What's Cash on Delivery?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (CoD) payment method instead, and you can pay in cash when the order arrives at your destination.

How can I pay for my order?
We offer multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can be rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You may use Internet Banking, Cash on Delivery, or Wallets to make your purchase. We also accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro and American Express credit or debit cards in India and 21 other countries.

What steps do you take to prevent card fraud?
We realized the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability, and we, along with our online payments partners, monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity. We then flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team. In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions.

What's a 3D Secure password?
The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the Verified by VISA and Mastercard SecureCode services respectively. The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit or debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.

How do I pay using a Credit or Debit Card?
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) or one-time password (OTP) to complete the payment.

How do I check the status of my order?
Your order takes at most 48 hours time to process, but it usually takes much lesser than that. As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will get a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking information. You can click on the link and track the location of your package in real-time.

How does the delivery process work?
All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers like FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery, etc. You will be informed when we ship your consignment and will also be provided with a tracking number via email and SMS.

Can I change the shipping address once the order has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to change the shipping address once we ship the products. However, you can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order by writing to us on contact@flairlift.com.

Is it safe to use my Credit or Debit Card?
Your online transaction on Flairlift is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. We use a 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing. All credit card and debit card payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

What are the terms and conditions for a refund?
You can ask for an online refund against any of your orders within 7 days of its date of delivery.
All online refunds will be credited into your Flairlift account as Store Credits which you can use to shop on Flairlift.com

What are the rules for refunding courier charges?
As we do not offer a reverse pickup facility yet, we will provide you Store Credits worth Rs.100 for the shipping charges borne by you
Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our Reward Points rates. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India
Courier online refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product


How long does the online refund procedure take?
The online refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Flairlift account as Store Credits.

Where should I return my product?
Please courier the product(s) to us at the address mentioned below and we will reimburse the courier charges in terms of Store Credits worth Rs. 100 which you can use to shop on Flairlift

What payment methods do you accept for international orders?
For International Orders, payments can be done using the PayPal payment gateway.

Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card?
All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?
It means Cash on Delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code but you can always opt for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card payment options.

Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by us. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry keeping in mind the following:
Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your internet connection is not disrupted in the process
